Refund & Returns Policy

Fragile Artworks & Custom Pieces

Due to the handmade, custom, and often delicate nature of Rasengani Atelier pieces — including sculptures, mirrors, and lighting — all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged due to a fault on our part.

We take great care to ensure artworks are safely packaged for transport. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will assess the case and, where applicable, offer a suitable resolution (e.g., repair, replacement, or partial refund).

Please note:

  • Minor surface irregularities or variations in materials are considered part of the handmade nature of the work and are not eligible for returns.
  • Prints and editions are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

 

Customer Collection / Self-Arranged Shipping

If you choose to collect your order in person or use your own courier:

  • Rasengani Atelier does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss once the item leaves our studio premises.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your courier is capable of handling fragile, high-value artworks safely.
  • Returns or refunds will not be offered for any damage incurred during transport arranged by the buyer.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case-by-case, based on the nature of the issue reported.
